WMS Architectural Steelwork provide a DDA (Disabled Discrimination Act 1995) service and can carry out alterations and install handrails, ramps and grab rails to provide adequate access and safe passage for everyone where needed.

 

DDA Alterations can be made to our clients needs. In most instances we work with clients and try to be as sympathetic as we can to the original building as we can, also help recommend the most suitable design and materials.

WMS Architectural Steelwork provide a number of DDA Alteration services such as 

ramps and handrails mostly, there are many instances where wheelchair users are not considered when installing typical handrails for instance.

Our Approach to DDA Alterations is to be as sympathetic as possible to the building (nobody wants to see garish grab rails fitted incorrectly on a grade 2 listed building).
